After this course

After this you can open Klaviyo and read it the way an operator does, as a database of people and the things those people did, with email as what it sends on top. You build the parts that earn: a welcome flow, an abandonment ladder across browse, cart and checkout that stops chasing the moment someone buys, a month of campaigns aimed at your engaged segment, and a sending setup that keeps landing in the inbox. Then you hand the repetitive half to Claude Code running on your own machine, starting with a key that can look and cannot change anything, and get back answers pulled from live data, drafts you review, and a monthly report that arrives as a finished PDF.

What you will be able to do

  • A written event taxonomy for your business: one canonical past tense name per customer action, typed properties, a precise firing rule, and the flow or segment that consumes each event.
  • Four engagement tiers live in your account, Engaged 30, Engaged 90, Engaged 180 and Lapsed, with Engaged 90 as the default audience for a campaign.
  • A welcome flow plus a three rung abandonment ladder, with the flow filter and exit conditions that keep one shopper from receiving three chases on the same morning.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified on your sending domain, a sunset flow switched on, and a hygiene schedule carrying real dates.
  • A calendar of 4 to 6 campaigns for next month, each with a date, a named segment and one job, plus the preflight checklist you run before every send.
  • Claude Code connected to your live Klaviyo account on a read only key, drafting segments and campaigns for your review under a written rule set, and a monthly report that renders straight into a PDF you would hand to a client.

Who this is for

  • You run a store on Shopify and the only thing leaving Klaviyo is a monthly blast to the whole list.
  • You handle email for ecommerce clients and want a process you can repeat on every account and charge for.
  • You inherited an account with forty segments called test 2 and VIP new FINAL, and nobody remembers which ones are live.
  • You write good emails, the numbers keep sliding, and the cause sits somewhere you have never been shown how to look.

Who should skip it

  • You want a template pack to paste in tonight. This builds the account underneath the templates, and that takes a few sittings with your own data.
  • Your sending stays on another tool. Every screen, trigger and API call in this course is Klaviyo's.

Questions

This is $99. When does the bundle make more sense?

One course is $99. All 16 are $497, and bought one at a time 16 × $99 comes to $1,584. Take this one if email is the job in front of you this month. Take the bundle the moment you can picture yourself opening a third course.

I have never opened Klaviyo. Will I keep up?

The first three lessons assume nothing about Klaviyo and nothing about marketing, and every term is defined where it appears. Module 5 asks you to type commands into a terminal and read what comes back, walked through from zero. Writing software is never part of it.

What software do I need, and does it cost extra?

A Klaviyo account you can log into. A free plan on a small list carries you through modules 1 to 4. Module 5 installs Claude Code on your own computer, which Anthropic bills separately from this course. Everything else here is a file you download.

Do the agents come with it?

The course downloads do: four operator skills, the Playwriter prompt pack and a workbook per module. The separate library of 81 agents gives every buyer 5, one of which is the Klaviyo flow builder. The other 76 stay visible with a price on them, and the Skool community includes the whole library.

Can I get a refund?

Access opens as soon as payment clears and every file is downloadable from that moment, so a purchase is final once access has been granted. The refund page carries the full wording.

I sell software rather than physical products. Does this still apply?

Yes. The abandonment ladder assumes a checkout, and everything around it carries over: the taxonomy, the engagement tiers, the welcome flow, the calendar, deliverability and the terminal work. The usage upsell flow in module 2 is built from a software account's own usage data.
