Terms of service
These terms cover everything sold on course.murasaki.ai. Buying anything on this site means you accept them.
Last updated August 12, 2026
1. Who you are buying from
The seller is 宮崎 由茉, a sole proprietor based in Tokyo, Japan, trading as Murasaki. Stripe takes the payments.
Written contact goes to support@murasaki.ai. The disclosure that Japanese law requires from a seller to consumers in Japan is published in full on the 特定商取引法に基づく表記 page.
2. What is sold here
Three kinds of thing, and they are bought separately.
- Courses. Sixteen of them, available one at a time or all together as a bundle. A course is video lessons with transcripts, plus the resources attached to those lessons: templates, worksheets, checklists, prompts and datasets.
- Agents. Ready made agents for Claude Code. Five open with any purchase. The rest can be bought one at a time or as the full library of 81.
- The AI companion. A monthly subscription that answers questions from the lessons you own and shows you the lesson each answer came from.
The Skool community is a separate product on a separate site. Buying here gives you what you bought here.
3. What lifetime access means
Courses, bundles and agents are one time purchases. Once your payment clears, what you bought is attached to your account and stays there. There is no renewal and no second invoice.
Lifetime means the life of the product. We intend to run this platform for years. If it is ever going to close, we will email the address on your account before access ends and leave you time to download the material you bought.
4. Your account
Your access lives on one email address and belongs to one person. Keep the password to yourself. Sharing a login or republishing the material is grounds for closing the account, and an account closed for that reason is closed without a refund.
If you think somebody else has your password, write to support@murasaki.ai and we will help you lock it down.
5. What you may do with the material
Use everything you buy in your own business and in the work you do for your clients. Adapt the templates, build the funnels, ship the agents.
The licence stops at redistribution. Reselling the lessons, publishing them, uploading them elsewhere, or building them into a product that hands them on to other people all sit outside it.
6. Price and payment
Prices appear in the currency of the language you are reading: US dollars in English, yen in Japanese, euro in Italian. The figure on the page is the figure charged, with consumption tax included where it applies.
Stripe processes the payment and emails the receipt. Your card details are typed into Stripe’s own form and go straight to Stripe, so they never reach our servers.
7. The AI companion subscription
The AI companion is the only recurring charge on this site. It renews every month on the same date until you cancel.
Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the AI companion keeps answering until the end of the period you have already paid for. Everything you bought once stays yours afterwards.
8. Refunds
Courses, bundles and agents are digital content delivered the moment payment clears, so they are sold without a refund once access has been granted. The AI companion can be cancelled at any time and billing stops at the next renewal date.
The full policy, including what happens with a duplicate charge or a purchase that fails to open, is on the refund policy page. It says the same thing as this section and the same thing as the Japanese disclosure page, deliberately.
9. What the courses claim
The courses teach the methods we use in our own work, with real numbers from real accounts. What you earn depends on your market, your offer and the hours you put in, so nothing here promises you an income.
The platforms these courses cover keep changing. Meta, Google, Klaviyo and the rest ship changes on their own schedule, so a lesson can trail a change by a few weeks. We update the material as that happens.
10. Availability
We keep the site online and take backups. Planned maintenance and the occasional outage come with running software, and a short interruption is a fault we repair rather than a refundable failure of the product.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms can change, for example when a product is added or a payment method changes. The date at the top of this page moves with them. When a change materially affects something you have already bought, we email the address on your account.
12. Governing law
Japanese law governs this agreement and everything sold on this site. For any dispute that writing to us first fails to settle, the Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance.
Japanese consumer law gives a buyer rights that a contract cannot remove. Nothing on this page removes them.
13. Contact
Write to support@murasaki.ai in English, Japanese or Italian, whichever suits you.
